French Country Curtains Are Making A Comeback

French country curtains are designed in a limited style and were once set aside for the rich Americans who could afford class. Today, anyone can have French country curtains in their home. The background is usually cream, eggshell or an off-white color to highlight the citrus splashed across the material. Then there are blossoms of blue, sometimes peach colored on the French country curtains. There is almost always dark blue or a dark colored writing across the fruit, which states the name of each produce on the French country curtains.

Country style curtains, like French country curtains can also represent a horse and buggy taking an afternoon stroll. The French country curtains and the country curtains are sometimes on the subject of years long gone. A group of children playing outside a cottage on a cobblestone street or near a barn are both scenes depicted on either country style curtains or French country curtains. And both the country style curtains and the French country curtains were once reserved for those who lived a wealthier or higher-class lifestyle than the rest of the people. Today, anyone can have either style curtains. The country style curtains come in a toned down color because the people who purchased them could not afford the vibrant colors of the French country style curtains, and even so, the French country style curtains were not as effervescent as today’s colors.
